After practicing for several years as a sole practitioner and contract attorney under the name "A.J. Goertz, Attorney at Law" she formed "Goertz & Lambrecht PLLC" with her husband, Bruce Lambrecht, in 2003. Bruce is licensed to practice in both Washington and Arizona, and Goertz & Lambrecht PLLC has offices at 536 Bell Street, Edmonds, Washington 98020 and 7418 E. Helm Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260. Amy and Bruce have family throughout Western and Eastern Washington, and Bruce also has family throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas.
At Goertz & Lambrecht PLLC, we are selective with the number and type of cases we handle so that we can provide top notch legal services for each of our clients. When clients call the office, they talk to us, not an assistant or an associate attorney. Your initial consultation is always free. Most cases are handled on a contingent fee basis with no cost to you.
We have extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. We use various forms of dispute resolution for our clients, including mediation and arbitration. Amy is an active speaker and lecturer for the King County Bar Association and appears regularly at probate and estate planning seminars. She has also taught probate administration in the paralegal program at Edmonds Community College. She has practiced extensively in Washington State Superior Courts and has successfully argued cases before Washington State Court of Appeals.
